The Schleicher County ISD board of trustees met Monday evening, September 9th and took a lengthy discussion about the need to deal with some or all of the district’s aging buildings and how to pay the multi-million dollar tab for renovation and/or new construction under the State of Texas’ recapture or “Robin Hood” wealth sharing rules.
