Schleicher County officials are warning residents of individuals in Eldorado who are representing themselves as Census workers
Schleicher County Commissioners met Tuesday, October 15th, and heard from County Treasurer Jennifer Henderson that the conversion to the new bookkeeping system is underway. She explained that there are problems linking the new system to the county’s payroll system and said she hopes the conversion is complete before having to write paper payroll checks.
The Schleicher County ISD board of trustees heard Monday night from Ashley Broughton, a payroll consultant with the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB). Broughton joined the board meeting by video conference as she reported the results of a “pay study” TASB had conducted for the school district.
