The Plateau Underground Water Conservation & Supply District board of directors met Thursday, January 11th at the Schleicher County Civic Center where they heard for a second time from a group individuals expressing concerns about a hydrogen extraction facility proposed for construction in the northeast portion of Schleicher County.
