Stephen Hofmann, the president of Lone Star Consulting in Washington, D.C., was on hand Monday as the Schleicher County Commissioners Court met to discuss pursuing grant funds. The commissioners voted last month to hire Hofmann's company to seek grants for road repairs and/or upgrades and possibly for installing game fencing at the airport.
