The Angelo State University rodeo team will host its inaugural National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA) event, the ASU College Rodeo, Thursday through Saturday, Oct. 23-25, at the outdoor Fiesta Arena at the San Angelo Fairgrounds.
