Greg Neal, an attorney representing Kinder Morgan and its soon-to-be constructed Permian Highway Pipeline, was on hand to meet with Schleicher County Commissioners on Monday, January 13th. Neal asked for and received a 90-day extension to the road use and maintenance agreement the company has with the county. The old agreement was about to expire.
