Justice of the Peace Phil Edmiston asked the Schleicher County Commissioners Court on Monday, November 15th to once again consider authorizing a $1,200 incentive program payment to his clerk, Rahegyn Franke. Edmiston said the funds could be paid from the JP Technology Fund and would compensate her for extra training she has received through the years.
