The West Texas Weather Modification Association, or Weather Mod for short, is losing its key rain enhancer, meteorologist Jonathan Jennings, as of Jan. 12, 2024. He has accepted a job overseeing cloud seeding operations for the State of Utah’s Department of Natural Resources.
