A 2007 Jeep Commander, reported stolen in Iowa, was recovered early Sunday morning, February 23rd, after its driver evaded DPS Trooper James Sissom, crashed through a fence on the Hengst Ranch and disappeared into the brush, some five miles northeast of Eldorado.
