State Comptroller’s Office Releases Study on Organized Retail Theft in Texas

Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced Monday the release of his agency’s study on organized retail theft in Texas, which reflects the findings of the Texas Organized Retail Theft (ORT) Task Force and includes recommendations developed from meetings, interviews and site visits with experts and stakeholders.
