Mrs. Ninfa Fuentes (Barajas) went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior on May 26, 2016 in Eldorado, Texas at the age of 63.
Ninfa is survived by her husband, Mariano, sons: Patrick, Aaron and Gregory. Her daughter-in-laws: Sandra, Becky, and Amarisa. Her four grandchildren: Patrick Jr, Andrew, Kya and Benjamin. Her sisters: Maria Hill and husband, Moises, Erminia Mejia and husband, Daniel. Her brothers: Raymond Barajas and wife, Ellia, Frank Barajas, Ramiro Barajas and wife, Lydia. Ninfa is preceded in death by her son Mario Jr, her brother Gregory Barajas and her parents, Felicitas Espinosa Barajas and Ramon Barajas Sr.
Ninfa was born on October 17, 1952 in Eldorado, Texas to Ramon and Felicitas Barajas. She graduated from Eldorado High School in 1974. She married Mariano Fuentes on August 2, 1976. She was a homemaker and impacted many lives with her joy and kindness.
A funeral was held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Agape Assembly of God in Eldorado, Texas. A graveside service followed. Rev. Israel Flores officiated the ceremony. All were welcome to attend and celebrate Ninfa’s life.
Pallbearers included Eddie Hill, Jesse Barajas, David Mejia, Saul Chavez, Bryon Guttierez, Efrain Contreras.
The family would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Community Hospital in San Angelo. We will be forever grateful for their tender loving care of our beloved mother, sister and grandmother.
