DPS Alerts Public with ‘One Pill Kills’ Campaign During Fentanyl Poisoning Awareness Month

The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is expanding its “One Pill Kills” public awareness campaign as part of Fentanyl Poisoning Awareness Month. House Bill 3144, signed into law by Gov. Greg Abbott last year, established October as Fentanyl Poisoning Awareness Month to educate the public on the dangers of fentanyl and the life-saving potential of opioid reversal medications.
