The Eldorado City Council met Monday evening, August 12th and welcomed Douglas Ussery to the council. Ussery was appointed to fill the vacancy left when Oscar Martinez was appointed as mayor following the resignation of George Arispe. Ussery took the oath of office from city clerk Maria Esparza.
