The Eldorado City Council met Monday evening, and heard from Utility Superintendent Floyd Fay that the water level in the city’s monitor well has dropped sufficiently to place the city into “Drought Stage 1.”
“We have had some rain, but not enough,” Fay said. He said that with the hot summer months fast approaching, the city needs to enact Drought Stage 1 restrictions.
