Joe Lee Luttrell, 57, passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2020, in Eldorado. Graveside services will be at 11:00 am Saturday, October 10, 2020, at Eldorado Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Love Funeral Home in Eldorado.

Joe Lee was born March 1, 1963 in San Angelo. Joe Lee grew up in San Angelo and on the family ranch in Eldorado. Joe graduated from Eldorado High School in 1981. He served in the Marine Corps. Joe Lee worked for the City of Eldorado for many years and owned his own company “Joe’s Handyman Service” and worked on a variety projects.

Joe Lee’s first love was fishing and took great pride in teaching and taking others fishing, and spending time with his loved ones, which are too many to count. He will always be remembered for his generous heart, and how he loved to help others.

Survivors include his dad, Edward Burke of Southlake TX; two sisters, Elizabeth Luttrell of Benton, LA, and Lynda and Brendan Mullan of Southlake TX; nieces; Miranda Barnes of Shreveport, LA, Rachel Baker of Benton, LA, Taylor Mullan of Carrollton, TX and Courtney Mullan of Dallas, TX.

Joe’s Eldorado family include Angela Aycock of Eldorado, TX; Tony Aycock of Odessa, TX; Chasity Willis & Jessi Taylor of Mabank, TX; and Byron Aycock of Eldorado, TX; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and cousins.

Joe Lee was preceded in death by his mother, Myrtie Burke of Southlake, Texas; his Uncle Arnie Lee Westbrook, his Grandmother and Grandfather, Bessie and Arnie Westbrook of Eldorado; and Sylvia Smith of Eldorado.
