Two Eldorado teens were arrested in San Angelo on Saturday, September 10th and charged with theft.

Vincent “Vinny” Pina and Nino Tambunga, both Eldorado High School seniors, were taken into custody after store officials accused them of shoplifting at a Walmart Supercenter in San Angelo.

The pair were arrested by San Angelo Police Department officers and booked into the Tom Green County Jail. They were subsequently released on a $500 bond. Each is charged with theft of property exceeding $100 in value but less than $750.

A third Eldorado student was also taken into custody during the incident, but their name has not been made public since they are younger than 17 and considered to be a juvenile by the State of Texas. The Success has learned that the individual was taken to the Tom Green County Juvenile Justice Center and was later released into the custody of an adult.

As it is with all criminal charges, suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
