ELDORADO-Billy Jack Reynolds, 85, of Eldorado, passed away at home on Thursday, March 31, 2011. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 4, in Eldorado Cemetery. Billy Jack was born on March 30, 1926, in Irion County to Charles M. and Minnie Clark Reynolds. He graduated from Eldorado High School in May, 1943, and joined the Navy in the fall of 1944. After being discharged in 1946, he returned to the family farm where he resided the rest of his life.

On June 30, 1948, he married Irene Sauer Reynolds. They were blessed with 62 wonderful years of marriage. Billy Jack was preceded in death by his parents, brother C.M. Reynolds; and sister Mary Charles Dacy; and his infant twin sons. He is survived by his wife, Irene; brother Bob and wife Fay; sons Sidney and wife Melonie of Eldorado, Lonnie of Houston; and daughter Judy and husband Steve of San Angelo. He is also survived by granddaughters Ginger and husband G.W. Farrar and Allison Reynolds; and grandsons Bobby and Andrew Terry. He also has two great-grandchildren, Manton and Morgan Farrar; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Bobby Terry, Andrew Terry, G.W. Farrar, Monroe Dacy, Lee Dacy and Sammie Dannheim.
