Ronnie A. Middleton
 BROWNWOOD — Ronnie A. Middleton, age 66, of Brownwood/Eldorado, passed away on July 21, 2010, at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born March 25, 1944, to W.A. Toodle and Betty Middleton in Brownwood.
He married Maggie Stockton at their ranch in Eldorado on Sept. 9, 1972. Ronnie started his career as a Store Manager for Goodyear Tire Company, then a Fleet Supervisor for General Telephone, and a District Manager for Allsups Convenience Stores.
Carolyn Maxine Montgomery Edmiston
 Carolyn Maxine Montgomery Edmiston, 80, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 7, 2010, in Midland, Texas.
Carolyn was born December 31, 1929 to John Bailey Montgomery and Nancy Amelia Alexander Montgomery in Eldorado, Texas. She graduated from Eldorado High School and married a fellow high school graduate, William Phillip Edmiston on July 30, 1948. Carolyn was a devoted wife and mother. She worked for the Midland, Texas Boy Scouts of America Office for over 20 years until retirement.
Dolph Briscoe Jr.
 The honorable Dolph Briscoe Jr. of Uvalde, rancher, banker and former governor of Texas from 1972 through 1978, passed away quietly at his home in Uvalde Sunday at the age of 87.
Funeral services are scheduled Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Philip's Episcopal Church in Uvalde with a reception following at Uvalde Country Club, located at 407 E. Garden St.

Rosaura Garcia
 Our beloved, Rosaura Garcia, went to reside with our Lord Jesus Christ, on June 21, 2010.
She was born on February 20, 1925 in Nueva Rosita, Coahuila, Mexico, to Fernando Ricova and Urbana Ricova de Ruiz.
She bore the scars of many heartbreaks caused by the loss of numerous loved ones. She is preceded in death by her parents, all seven siblings, her first husband of 22 years, Adan Garcia, and five of their children together: Rolando Garcia, Gabriel Garcia, Adan Garcia, Jr., Ruben Reyna, and Ruben Garcia, Sr.
Talmage James (Jim) Cain
Talmage James (Jim) Cain went to be with his Lord on Saturday, June 19, 2010.
Jim was born in Burnsflat, Oklahoma on June 20, 1929 to John and Dolly Cain.
He served his country faithfully for 20 years in the US Air Force during which time he fought in the Vietnam War. After retirement from the Air Force, he was employed by the state of Oklahoma as a meat plant inspector . He retired from the state in June of 1990 at which time his primary job became that of husband and grandfather. After retirement he also enjoyed traveling with his wife, the love of his life.
Brett Ryan Dacy
 Brett Ryan Dacy, 58 of Eldorado went to be with the Lord June 1, 2010.
Services were held June 3, 2010 at the cemetery Chapel under direction of Kerbow Funeral Home with Methodist Pastor Steve Rowe officiating.
Brett was born March 16, 1952 in San Angelo, TX to Bobbie Killebrew and Bryan Dacy.
He was an oilfield worker for many of his years and a local barber following that.
He loved his family and spending time with them. He had a love for animals of all kinds and also enjoyed gardening.
